Class of 2018 Parents

​Herff Jones is coming soon with the latest trends in Class Rings!  You do not want to miss the opportunity to purchase a bold and daring class ring for your upcoming graduate. The Class of 2018 will meet on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in the auditorium with Chuck Mann of Herff Jones. Detailed information about the ordering process will be shared. Class Ring sales will begin on June 7th, 8th, and 9th during all lunch periods in the commons. Parents will have the opportunity to visit PHS on June 7th & June 9th (5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) to shop and meet the Herff Jones staff. You may contact Herff Jones directly or Ms. Hardy or Ms. Hughes at PHS.

Action Against Hunger Charity Concert

There will be a charity concert to benefit Action Against Hunger on Friday, May 27th in the auditorium at 7 p.m. Great bands and acts from the area will be performing.  Admission is $5.

Exam Exemption Letters

Parents & Guardians: If your son/daughter is exempt from taking their final exam, they will receive an exam exemption letter notifying you. Drivers Education DEC-1 Cards and TDL-180

Please be advised that DEC-1 cards WILL NOT be distributed during the summer. DEC-1 cards verify the completion of the classroom Drivers Education. Students who need to obtain a DEC-1 card after June 15 must wait until August 22 to obtain from their driver education teacher.

Students who wished to obtain their temporary drivers license (TDL-180) with an eligibility date over the summer must complete all requirements and submit documentation to Mrs. Dignan by June 15. Students who did not complete the requirement prior to June 15 must wait until August 22.

Patriot's Summer Bridge Academy

Taking an advanced level course next year? Want to feel more prepared? Work on summer assignments? Get help with time management? Then sign up for Patriot’s Summer Bridge Academy. The Academy is designed to create a “bridge” experience between previous schooling and the challenges that await highly motivated Pre-AP and AP students. The program will familiarize students with the skills needed to be successful in advanced level courses. In addition to content specific areas of study, students will also attend workshops designed to help with study skills, time management, critical reading, close reading, stress management, and self-advocacy. See flyer for the link to sign up.
